All services are subject to the scope and limitations described on our sales pages or proposals.

2. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Gumroad, our payment partner. By purchasing any product or service, you authorize Gumroad to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount.

3. Refunds

We stand by the quality of our work and products. However, due to the digital nature of our services:

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, frameworks, and course materials provided by MyTechDoula remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
